People cook, eat, chat and learn from one another.
La Cucina Infinita is our vision of a mobile, modular cooking station that creates a communal space wherever people are meant to come together.
One table, two tables, three tables – or a long table: the individual modules can be linked together endlessly and reconfigured depending on the venue, occasion and number of guests.
The hosts organise the event and provide the prepared ingredients. Then everyone chops, cooks and eats together.
The hosts initiate – the guests cook.
This turns guests into active participants and transforms catering into a shared experience.
And Cucina Infinita is going on the road: a set comprising various modules will soon be available to hire from us at the BFGF Design Studio for events, workshops and special venues.
