There used to be 50 million eggs stored in the Spreespeicher at Berlin's Oberbaumbrücke. That was the supply for the whole of East Berlin.
Universal Music Germany set up its new headquarters in this warehouse. BFGF's design was a tough and conceptual response to these challenges on the building side.
The rear has been declared the front. Accordingly, the main entrance leads from the rear through the foyer. All fixtures confidently follow their own grid - rotated by 8 degrees. Because it's cool.
