ARCHITECTURE BIENNIAL SÃO PAULO

In 2009, IBA-Hamburg took on the role of General Commissioner for the German contribution to the International Architecture Biennial in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The design of the exhibition architecture was entrusted to BFGF. The contribution entitled "Cidade para todos" was curated by the IBA Hamburg and designed by BFGF. It shows 30 projects from all over Germany, each representing one of three urban visions of the future. The comprehensive concept presents impulses from Germany for the future development of the metropolis. It found expression in meaningful forms made of paper and cardboard. These multifaceted planar bodies convey a color concept that makes it easier for visitors to access the even more multifaceted content.
